EvRisko Refund and Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel a subscription before the next renewal date through the Account settings or by submitting a relevant form.
Cancellation stops future renewals but generally does not entitle the customer to a refund for the current billing period.
Refunds may be issued:
•where required by applicable law;
•where Provider cannot provide the paid Services due to a prolonged Provider-caused outage;
•for duplicate or erroneous charges; or
•at Provider’s discretion.
If a client is entitled to a statutory cancellation or withdrawal right, the applicable legal notice should be added for the relevant client jurisdiction, for example, where mandatory consumer law grants a right to cancel within a specified period, nothing in this policy limits that right. Business clients may not have the same cancellation rights as consumers.
