EvRisko Acceptable Use Policy

Users must not use the EvRisko website, the EvRisko Application and the Services to:
•violate laws or regulations;
•infringe intellectual-property, privacy, confidentiality, or other rights;
•upload malicious code;
•conduct unauthorized security testing;
•interfere with service availability;
•evade usage limits or access controls;
•impersonate another person or organization;
•distribute spam, scams, or harmful content;
•process unlawful or improperly obtained Personal Data;
•upload passwords, secrets, payment-card numbers, or private keys;
•exploit, probe, or attack the Application or Provider systems or another customer’s systems; or
•use the output to make high-impact decisions about individuals without appropriate human review and legal authorization.
Provider may investigate suspected violations, restrict content, suspend Accounts, or terminate access where reasonably necessary. More information on this can be found in our Terms & Conditions.
